We attended our annual Flag Day at school. It is hard to believe that Whitney is a fourth grader and Blayne is in first grade. The time is flying by. It is a big tradition at Florence Elementary. I was sad not to have our old principal, Mr. Martin, there. He has an amazing tenor voice and I loved to hear him sing the patriotic songs with the kids. Whitney is a part of Girl Scouts this year; we have been waiting since 1st grade on a list to get her in. She is excited to be with this group of girls and to get to participate in Girl Scouts with her friends.

4 Year & 9 Month Check Ups
I took Reagan and Bryan for their well check appointments and did a combo appointment. With 5 kids, it is really nice to combine the appointments and not have to have doctor visits within a week of eachother. In most cases, that is. This particular appointment is a BIG appointment for Reagan. She had to get FIVE shots!!! She freaked out even before they came in to give her the shots.....poor girl. She asked the doctor "where are the pretty silky gowns?" She did not like the paper gown...at all! She screamed at our doctor..."I don't want you to give me any shots!!!!...." He replied, "I won't, Nurse Stacy will be giving you your shots" Poor Stacy....she got 'thrown under the bus' on that one! We survived. Reagan liked "helping" with Bryan and she was pleased that he had to get a shot too...his flu shot. He screamed like there was no tomorrow! We don't every hear him scream, so it was pitiful! Reagan, being the deal maker that she is, had gotten me to go get a special cupcake BEFORE the appointment. She remember that on another "shot" visit, we had gone to a cupcake place and gotten a cupcake after the trauma. Well, I think that she earned this cupcake. I felt so sorry for her.
They are both healthy and she was told how smart and verbal she is! Bryan is making much progress with the therapy and is not "floppy" like he was a few months ago.
Here are their stats:
REAGAN
Weight: 35 pounds
Height: 41 inches
BRYAN
Weight: 18 pounds
Height: 30 inches
She is in the 50th percentile in both height and weight.
He is in the 25th percentile in weight and the 75th percentile in height.
Thankful for happy, healthy and even sometimes naughty children!
God had been good to me!

Reagan Started Pre-School
So, I know that I am really far behind in the BLOG, and I want to catch you up on life at the Stonecipher House!
Reagan started Pre-School. Watch out world!
She is LOVING every minute of it. Even the 5 minutes of sitting out on the playground for throwing rocks...her response to me..."5 minutes isn't THAT long"...oh dear! She has a wonderful teacher, Mrs. Kimble, or as some call her Ms. Stannie! She is a great fit for our Reagan Marie!
And, here is the lady that keeps me coming back to this pre-school. This is Mrs. Boaz. She was the director when Savannah attended school here...and Blayne and now Reagan. She is a precious lady! Reagan says "that's who will call you when I am bad"....sounds to me like she is planning on Mrs. Boaz calling me!!!!

Reagan Marie is FOUR! How did THAT happen?
It is hard to believe that on Sepetember 5th, Reagan Marie turned four years old. She seems like she is older than four...John and I teased that we skipped a year somewhere.....
Reagan is a funny, smart, inquisitive, graceful and entertaining girl. She is quick witted and will stop and dance to any song that she hears. She loves people, loves to tell stories and has an imagination that is so big that often times it is scary because she seems to have her own special world to which she travels with made up people and places! Some of my favorite Reagan sayings are:
* "Chicken Fry" (FRIED CHICKEN)
* "the wrist of the couch" (ARM OF THE COUCH)
* "Are my going to school today?" (AM I GOING)
* When told "You are so cute" or "You look pretty today." Her response: "I know!"
* "When I was a little girl...."
* "One day when I am a baby..."
* "My tummy is so full, I think that there is a baby in there..."
* "crachies" (JOLLY RANCHERS)
* "Rocky Talkies" (LAFFY TAFFY)
* "I might throw up if I have to take a nap today because it makes me sick"
* "Memaw used to give me chocolate, then she died."
* "When I am four I am going to take a shower" (referring to the fact that she takes baths and the other kids take showers every night)
She keeps us on our toes, snuggles us up when she wants to get some loving and keeps us laughing with her stories and funny sayings. We love our Sweet Reagan, and we are thankful to God for her precious life.
Happy Birthday, Reagan Marie....
We started Reagan's BIRTHday at her favorite Donut place. Bryan got to have donuts for the first time....and he LOVED them! What a great way to start a special day.
We went to Lake Bridgeport on Reagan's actual birthday to celebrate with Bee and Grandpa and Uncle Jerral and Aunt Dilia. The condo where Bee and Grandpa were staying had a very nice pool and pavillion. We enjoyed the refreshing water on a near perfect day! It was such a relaxing and good day with family. Grandpa and Bee provided a yummy meal of burgers and bratwurst and we brought a beautiful Barbie cake that Reagan had picked out.

Libby is SIX!!!
Can you believe that Libby is six year's old??? I am still amazed that this miracle girl that doctor's said wouldn't live...she has outlived all expectations, and she continues to thrive, keep everyone laughing and she is a lover of all things girly! Reagan adores her precious friend, Libby. She loves to have her over to play and misses her so much since Libby started kindergarten this year! We got to go celebrate Libby's birthday last weekend at her house. I sat there in awe at this wonder-girl who has defied a lot of odds, and it such a sweet, pleasant child to be around! She is an answer to many prayers....many prayers from some of you!!!! Happy Birthday Sweet Libby!
And she got an awesome LIFEGUARD stand made by her Daddy!
