Gearing Up for Summer Musical

Whitney is a different child. She makes us laugh a lot and she surprises us with her Whitney "wit" often. She is really looking forward to the summer musical that she will participate in again this year. She has tryouts in a few weeks, where she will have to recite a poem and sing a song A Capella. She has been perusing her poetry books looking for just the right poem, and today she spent time looking for a song to sing. She is VERY serious about these things!!!! So tonight she worked on her poem with me and her song with John. She was giving him some advice as he was transposing her song to a good key for her voice. We are thankful to God for all of our children and for their unique personalities!
