Baby Joy Elizabeth Tardy's Gotcha Day

I got an e-mail from the Tardy Family today. Today is the day that they got their baby girl....Baby Joy Elizabeth Xin Pin Tardy!!! Isn't she precious? She is very smiley, has already said "dada" looking for DC. We are so happy for them! Their daughter, Julia, is 5, and as soon as they got back from China with Julia, they started the process to get their next China doll! So, almost 4 long years later, here she is!!! I think that she has a perfect name, as they have talked about what a happy baby she is!
