Our Visit with Luke

If you remember, we gave our puppy, Luke, to a new home several months ago. He was getting into a lot of trouble here at our house....remember THIS? Well, it was so good to see Luke (who is now known as JAKE) yesterday. He lives in a beautiful area about half an hour from Jerral. He is well loved by his owners and his "sister" Josie. He gets to enjoy a pond where he retrieves his toy. The owners were so gracious to let us come out and have invited us to come anytime we want to for a visit! They even said we could come this summer and we would cook out! Now, remember we met these folks on Craigslist!!!! It did my heart well to see that Luke/Jake is in such great hands and is so happy! The kids enjoyed seeing him and I think that it was good, especially for Whitney to see him and see how happy he is in his new environment, because it was especially difficult for her to let him go! We will plan to see them again. We enjoyed meeting his new "mom and dad"!
