I call this one "Multi-tasking"
Will he ALWAYS be called "Baby Bryan"? Maybe.
We have had some concern with Bryan's neck muscles lately. Most of the time he holds his head in a "hanging" position like this.....
A couple of weeks ago while I was at the zoo with a friend, I asked her to hold him and asked if I should be concerned...her reply "yea, I would be concerned" (thankful for honest friends!) I realized that I wasn't just imagining it, and I asked a friend that is an occupational therapist to check him out when we were at lunch and she too, shared some concern. And let me say, he sleeps on his tummy and he can roll over both ways and plays on his tummy. The concern was that he would not hold his head up when placed into a sitting position. I have also had concerns about his left eye crossing... I had John's dad (who is a physical therapist) look at him at our family Easter gathering. He seemed to think that he was just fine. That put my mind at ease. So my last line of having him checked out was to take him to see the Packwood Doctors. He is a pediatric ophthalmologist and she is a pediatrician...so BOOM hit two birds with one stone. He did a great evaluation of Bryan's eyes using a fin app on his I-Phone. Bryan thought it was funny! Everything checked out GREAT. Then, she evaluated him and found that he has some low muscle tone in his neck area, but that there is not cause for concern, just need to do some exercises with him and encourage him along! So we have been doing sit-ups at diaper changes...him not me...actually, I ought to do some sit-ups at diaper changing, I could do LOTS everyday! Funny, how you have concerns and then POOF, just like that, all of the concern is gone!!!! I am thankful for helpful friends and for knowledgeable friends too!

Glad everything is ok. I guess that "tummy time" is important for something.
