Whitney Lost her FIRST Tooth!!!!

Yesterday, we headed out of town after school (and after a LONG day at Mayfest) two hours away to attend a play-off softball game from my high school that I graduated from. Our Reagan is named for another Reagan that we know (our flower girl from our wedding) and she is a Senior and is a star player on the team. I took a picture of the two Reagans with my still camera, but it is 35mm so you will have to wait to see it! Anyway, as we were driving, we stopped to get some dinner and when Whitney opened her toy with her TEETH, out popped her tooth! Her first tooth to lose. This is a HUGE passage for a first grader and she is one of the LAST kids in her class to lose a tooth. She was shocked that it didn't hurt!!!! I had Savannah and Blayne take pictures in the van of her. She is sooooo excited. She is taking the tooth to school on Monday to show her friends, so she is waiting to give it to the tooth fairy! Hopefully she won't loose it before Monday. She keeps taking it out to look at it!



Something ironic is that my nephew, Will, lost his FIRST tooth this week also. He lost the SAME tooth that Whitney did. He was eating cake and he didn't even know that he has lost it, and he swallowed it! I guess he can look at Whitney's tooth in her bag when we see him tomorrow to see what a pulled tooth looks like!
