Our school is having Red Ribbon MONTH this month. Now for those of you that don't know what the Red Ribbon campaign is; it is to promote drug education and to help keep kids off of drugs. It is usually a week for RED RIBBON, but our school is talking about it for a month...there are special groups coming in to talk and entertain, there are pencils, sickers, posters to sign and lots of fun days to dress up (i.e. yesterday was pajama day). Well, I just don't know how good of an education our children are getting because Whitney came home yesterday and said, "Mom, you see my sticker on my shirt? Is says 'Free Drugs', that is what we are learning about in schoo!" (I guess we need to supplement the Red Ribbon week curriculum at home a bit)
