Talked to Gracie

I talked to Gracie tonight. She sounded so much better than she has the past few days. She said that she came to a point yesterday that she was able to be at peace with Libby facing days of recovery or Libby going to Heaven. It was was hard to hear her say that, but there was so much peace in her voice. God is good to His children and gives us strength when we don't feel like we can go on....
Libby is making progress. For that, I am thankful. She is going to have a procedure done tomorrow to close her chest up. Well, maybe partially. She is having it done at 1 PM, so please pray for her and for her Dr. Pray for more continued progress.
I took the kids (all 6) to the indoor waterpark tonight. They had a great time. Araenae met me up there, and after two-and-a-half hours of swimming (with dinner in there somewhere), we showered the kids, dressed them for bed and then came home. The boys talked to Gracie and then they went to bed. Everything has gone so well. Thanks for continuing to pray for us here along with Libby. I can tell that people are praying...

Well, I need to lay out the lunchboxes for tomorrow and get my stuff all layed out. Savannah has handbells at 7:25 and I have a teacher conference at 7:30....Savannah has had TWO tardies this week. (the first of her school career). We just can't seem to get them to school on time. John said that that line has been awful, and they have to be to their classes before the announcements start. Mason and Whitney make it to class, but Savannah is on the hall farthest away from the office. I feel so bad. I also feel bad because Whit and Mason's teachers know that things are out of sorts at our house, but I didn't tell Savannah's teacher....maybe I will tell her in the conference tomorrow. Well, at least she will be ON TIME tomorrow...(Lord Willing!)
